Boat ramps and launching places

Murrabit
A modern concrete boat ramp is located on the Murray River at Murrabit. Follow the signs from town.

Koondrook
A concrete boat ramp is located at the junction of the Gunbower Creek and Murray River directly behind the Koondrook Caravan Park. The ramp is well signposted on entering Koondrook.

Cohuna (Murray River)
A boat ramp is situated on the Murray River in Cohuna. The ramp is accessible through Gunbower Island, with signposts directing
the way. Smaller fishing boats can be launched at locations along the river depending on river levels and access tracks.

Cohuna (Gunbower Creek)
A concrete ramp is located at the Cohuna ski run just upstream of town on the Gunbower Creek. Smaller fishing boats can be launched from the bank depending on the water level of the creek.

Kangaroo Lake
Two boat ramps are located at Kangaroo Lake, one at the north end and one on the western side of the lake.

Lake Charm
Two boat ramps are located at Lake Charm, both on the western side of the lake.

Reedy Lake
One boat ramp is located at Reedy Lake. Boating restrictions apply.

Lake Meran
A concrete ramp is located at Lake Meran providing access for ski boats, fishing boats and recreational craft.
